The space
Master bedroom has a king bed. Master bathroom has tub/shower combo.

The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top.

The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Sun room has a day bed with pop-up trundle which coverts into a king bed.

You have private access to the entire house and property.
Additional notes
There is very little cell service at the house, there is a landline and satellite Starlink Wi-Fi (can be choppy at times). There are tv's in both bedroom and in the living room. All tv's have a dvd player, and there is a library of dvds. There are also many board games, puzzles, and books to enjoy as you relax and unwind with family and friends.

Enjoy your vacation, knowing there are no cameras anywhere on the property.

While this property DOES NOT have direct water access, there is a public boat ramp at the entrance of the neighborhood and a marina where you can rent a boat.

The house does have a stand-by generator for continuous enjoyment, even if the power goes out.

Our fabulous property nestled in the Nantahala National Forest with mountain and lake views inside a gated community.
Getting around
Please note that once you are inside the neighborhood, the road is one lane, gravel, and windy with one steep section that is easily navigated with any car or truck.
